I compared Mary's profile on Wikipedia with other CPs (Mathilde, Mette-Marit, Maxima and Letizia)and, as I thought, Mary's page is the most "extravagant" and elaborate...She is so overrated. Especially when you think of the work she does as a CP, she's certainly ranked behind all the others on my list...
The interesting part is that her page is the cause of much commotion in the discussion part regarding the contents of the article. (This commotion is absent in the pages of the other princesses.)

Indeed, chère Emeraude, the worse the cp, the more elaborate the smoke screen to disguise her. As the majority of this world is okie-doke with mediocrity, I honestly believe that Mary touches a nerve in gals who live in a world in which they believe their mediocrity or are at least unmoved to move out of that world. The fight against Mary is a fight against the celebration of mediocrisy.

Man, you could suck the grease off her face with a turkey baster! Now wouldn't that have been better than the chest rubbing episode? Which Prince can suck more greasy goodness off of the face of a perhaps soon to be princess?! That sounds way more bar room type fun than chest rubbing! Sign me up!
Jill, welcome and great idea, but Yehudi has the turkey baster, which as you know from the loud sucking sounds eminating from New York can only mean one thing...yes, a new baby will soon be on the way! The question then becomes, will it be XY or YY!? Stay tuned!

I've never posted here before, but I have to say that I really enjoyed this site. I've never really understood the appeal of Mary. She is obviously an opportunistic gold-digger using her marriage to fulfill what must have been a lifelong dream to be famous, without really having to DO anything. I've looked at the CVs of the other crown princesses and I have to say that Mary seems like a complete slacker in comparison. Laetizia was studying for a PhD in journalism and Maxima was very successful and established in her career and in her own right. Mary seems to just have drifted from job to job, waiting for a man to come along who could provide for her and allow her to live a life of leisure. As an educated, independent and successful career woman myself, Mary is an embarrassment to me...and to many other, I'm sure.
There's no way Mary by happen chance met Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark. Her parents were married on 30 August 1963 and Diana Princess of Wales died in the Paris car crash on 31 August 1997. King George VI died on 6 February 1952. Mary was born on 5 February 1972. Mary's mother was born on 12 May 1942 and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Queen consort were coronated on 12 May 1937. Mary's mother died on 20 November 1997. The Queen married on 20 November 1947. Of course someone was watching her all her life. The data is too good to be true. Unless of course Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is lying to us all about her data. Mary should be honest with us all and show us her birth certificate, her parent's birth certificates, her mother's death certificate and her wedding certificate. In my opinion Mary except for the fact that she is now Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is nothing but a fraud.
